The ICF requires ACC’s to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching for your renewal. Renewing the ACC can be more affordable and no different to existing clients than paying for the PCC or MCC. Further credentialing can be attractive to organizations and agencies that happen to request a high industry credential, depending on your clientele.
The process is similar to when we were coached in our training toward credentialing. I have ready the ICF mentor coach tenets packet during our sessions.
Pro tip: memberships in multiple organizations can overlap hourly sessions towards external credentialing. I am also able to provide sources for free to near-zero cost Core Competency, ethics, and Resource Development credits towards your renewal or application toward PCC.
